Meditation classes for beginners, experienced and kids. Our introduction to meditation program covers the basics like breathing techniques and body relaxation and our second module (for adults) covers more active styles like insight, mantra, mala, sound and movement.
Register for our 6 week Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Program to learn indepth the tools of mindfulness meditation including posture, positioning, equipment, breathing techniques, body relaxation, sensory awareness and mindfulness of thoughts and emotions. You will experience a variety of techniques for you to then be able go away and establish a practice using the technique/s that you found the most useful and effective. All materials supplied, including mats, cushions, blankets, chairs, and a manual and handouts to take home with you. If you haven't already please also complete the registration form under classes.
