Community Meditation Classes

Learn how to practise mindfulness meditation to reduce stress and anxiety, increase clarity and focus and manage your thoughts and emotions. Meditation classes and programs are available in person on the Sunshine Coast and online. 


Michelle runs these mindfulness meditation classes, in person, on the first Monday of each month, from 9.30am to 10.30am at the Maroochy Botanic Gardens in Tanawha. These low-cost classes are just $5 as part of the council's Healthy Sunshine Coast program. Click on the button below for more information and to register, or come on the day. Themed workshops are also run on several dates throughout the year on a Sunday. 

Introductory Course

Mindfulness Works Australia created this four-week Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation Program. Registration is essential, $145, and capped at 20 people. It includes four weekly in-person sessions, a workbook, and access to online meditations. Michelle facilitates this program in Buderim, Caloundra, and Mudjimba. Michelle facilitates this comprehensive five-week Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners Group Coaching Program online. It's run three times a year on a Wednesday night. includes five live weekly sessions, a workbook, online coaching program, and a subscription to her meditation library.
