Meditation Monthly Classes
Michelle runs these mindfulness meditation classes, in person, on the first Monday of each month, from 9.30am to 10.30am at the Maroochy Botanic Gardens in Tanawha.
These low-cost classes are just $10 and are proudly presented presented as part of Sunshine Coast Council’s Healthy Sunshine Coast program.

Meditation Introductory Course
Mindfulness Works Australia created this four-week Introduction to Mindfulness and Meditation Program. Registration is essential, $145, and capped at 20 people. It includes four weekly in-person sessions, a workbook, and access to online meditations.
Michelle facilitates this program in Buderim, Caloundra, and Mudjimba.

Michelle facilitates this comprehensive five-week Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners Group Coaching Program online.
It's run twice a year and includes five live weekly sessions, a copy of Cultivating a Calm Mind (print and digital versions), meditation library, online courses and more!
