Hosted by Michelle Eckles, who has 20+ years experience managing events and is a qualified mindfulness meditation teacher and mobile travel agent with MTA Travel, each retreat is carefully planned with warmth, care and intention. Whether you are drawn to the spiritual beauty of Bhutan, the turquoise waters of the Maldives, the longevity wisdom of Okinawa or the wild nature of Costa Rica, these journeys offer space to breathe, reflect, connect and experience travel in a more mindful way.

I found this retreat so well-balanced. Such a nourishing combination of mindfulness and meditation practices and activities set in beautiful locations shared with a fabulous group of women.
