Options include private sessions, small groups, and an online coaching program you can do at your own pace or as part of a group over five weeks.
All mindfulness coaching packages include my book "Cultivating a Calm Mind", weekly worksheets, the online course to refer back to anytime and my library of meditations.

These private mindfulness coaching sessions with Michelle, are held weekly or fortnightly, in the comfort of your home (online), or in a tranquil bush setting in Buderim.
The five-session package is $990 ($198 per session) or $220 for individual sessions.
Small Group Mindfulness Coaching
Stay motivated and reduce the cost of a coaching package by inviting your partner, family member, or friend to learn how to practise mindfulness and meditation together.
These are private weekly or fortnightly mindfulness coaching sessions with Michelle, in the comfort of your home (online), or in-person in a tranquil bush setting in Buderim.
The group sessions follow the same format as the 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching Package or can be tailored to your objectives.
Groups are limited to four and the five-session package is $1100 for two people.
Online Mindfulness Coaching
Go through the online Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners Program whenever you are ready and at your own pace, or be guided through the sessions by Mindfulness Coach, Michelle in the five-week live online group program which is run three times a year.
Mindfulness training participants are capped at 25.
The sessions follow the same format as the 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching Package with five weekly lessons and online access to the matching modules and lessons in the online course so you can review what you have learnt.
The live guided program is $550 or the online self-guided course is $129.
