Mindfulness Coaching 

If group classes aren’t convenient, are out of your comfort zone, or you want a more tailored mindfulness training solution, start your practice with a Mindfulness Coaching Package. Options include private sessions, small groups, and an online coaching program you can do at your own pace or as part of a group over five weeks. 

All mindfulness coaching packages include my book "Cultivating a Calm Mind", weekly worksheets, the online course to refer back to anytime and my library of meditations.

Mindfulness Coaching

Mindfulness coaching can be tailored to your objectives or cover the essentials:

  • How to practise mindfulness daily for greater wellbeing.

  • Mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and anxiety and increase focus and clarity.

  • Exercises to release tension and sleep better.

  • Tools for managing thoughts

  • Processes for releasing emotions 

These private mindfulness coaching  sessions with Michelle, are held weekly or fortnightly, online or face to face in the comfort of your home, or in a tranquil bush setting in Buderim.

 

The four session package is $880. You receive a hard copy of Cultivating a Calm Mind to work through as well the digital versions (pdf and audibook) and meditation library. You will be set homework for between each sessions to help you establish and maintain a practice. 

Small Group Mindfulness Coaching

Stay motivated and reduce the cost of a coaching package by inviting your partner, family member, or friend to learn how to practise mindfulness and meditation together.

These are private weekly or fortnightly mindfulness coaching sessions with Michelle, in the comfort of your home (online or in-person if local), or in-person in a tranquil bush setting in Buderim.

The group sessions follow the same format as the 1:1 Mindfulness Coaching Package or can be tailored to your objectives.

 

Groups are limited to five and start at $1,100 for a four session package for two people.

4 Week In Person Course

I facilitate these courses on the Sunshine Coast on behalf of Mindfulness Works Australia who take all the registrations. 

  • Four weekly face to face sessions.

  • How to practise mindfulness daily in every day life activities for greater wellbeing.

  • Breathing techniques to reduce stress and anxiety and increase focus and clarity.

  • Relaxation exercises to release muscle tension and pain and improve sleep quality.

  • Tools to manage thoughts and stop overthinking and worrying.

  • Processes to release emotions and stop being overwhelmed or scared of them.

  • Numbers capped at 20.

  • Guidebook included.
