· The RAIN method

· Non-judgement and acceptance

· Guided emotions meditation

· Questions and answers and discussion

Week 4: Radical Acceptance

· What it means to be present

· How wanting causes stress

· Developing wisdom and insight

· Authentic self-compassion

· Guided awareness meditation
