1:1 mindfulness coaching sessions involve practising a variety of techniques to give you tools to cope with the stressors of life. Exercises may include:
- Breathing techniques to reduce anxiety
- Mindfulness practises to increase focus and concentration
- Physical exercises to release tension
- Restorative yoga poses to connect to the body
- Guided meditations for relaxation
- Art therapy activities to help express thoughts and emotions
Sessions can be tailored to your goals or follow a 6 x fortnightly session program which covers mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, body relaxation, sensory awareness, managing thoughts and emotional awareness. Sessions are from 45-60 minutes and priced from $80. Packages available, as well as sessions with more than one person, e.g. partner, friend, family member.
