  • 5 x 1 hour weekly live online coaching sessions
  • Cultivating a Calm Mind ebook with worksheets
  • Meditation library 
  • Registration to the online course so you can review what you have learnt or catch up on any class you missed

The sessions include:

1. Tips to incorporate mindfulness into everyday activities for greater life enjoyment.

2. Breathing techniques to reduce anxiety and stress and enhance focus, clarity, and productivity.

3. Relaxation exercises to reduce muscle tension, manage pain and sleep better.

4. Tools to stop overthinking and being controlled by your thoughts.

5. Methods to accept, process, and release emotions.
