Our Meditation Workshops give you a good introduction to the basics of meditation from posture and positioning to breathing techniques and body relaxation.
This 3 hour workshop (with a break in the middle) can be organised for any demographic from busy mums to retirees, carers, workers, etc. either in out studio at Nambour (maximum of 10) or your work place or an alternative venue (at additional cost).
