Meditation classes for beginners, experienced and kids. Our introduction to meditation program covers the basics like breathing techniques and body relaxation and our second module (for adults) covers more active styles like insight, mantra, mala, sound and movement.

Register your teen for our 4 week Mindfulness Program for Teens where they will learn skills like how to relax mentally and physically; recognising the stress response and being less reactive; emotional awareness and self compassion; staying present to enhance focus and concentration. We integrate each topic with a combination of breathing exercises, yoga/stretching, relaxation techniques and a guided meditation, as well as an object or workbook activity to integrate and reinforce what they have learnt. All equipment is provided and program fee includes a guide/workbook and a DIY journal participants get to paint and decorate.
