Meditation classes for beginners, experienced and kids. Our introduction to meditation program covers the basics like breathing techniques and body relaxation and our second module (for adults) covers more active styles like insight, mantra, mala, sound and movement.
Suitable for kids age 8-12
Register your child for our 8 week Mindfulness Program for Kids. Classes include breathing exercises, body relaxation, sensory awareness, self awareness, stress management, focus and affirmations via yoga, meditation and mindfulness exercises, as well as a tactile activity to integrate and reinforce what they have learnt. These all go into a Meditation Toolkit, along with a guide book with all the meditations and worksheets they are given in the first week, for them to take home at the end of the program.
