Meditation classes for beginners, experienced and kids. Our introduction to meditation program covers the basics like breathing techniques and body relaxation and our second module (for adults) covers more active styles like insight, mantra, mala, sound and movement.
Suitable for kids age 8-12
Register your child for our 8 week Mindfulness Program for Kids. Classes incorporate mindfulness, meditation and yoga techniques and exercises including breathing, body relaxation, sensory awareness, self awareness, stress management, focus and affirmations, as well as a tactile activity to integrate and reinforce what they have learnt. These all go into a Meditation Toolkit, along with a manual/workbook to take home at the end of the program. Also includes access to the weekly meditations via YouTube.
