Meditation classes for beginners, experienced and kids. Our introduction to meditation program covers the basics like breathing techniques and body relaxation and our second module (for adults) covers more active styles like insight, mantra, mala, sound and movement.
Register for Module 2 of our introduction to meditation program. Module 2 classes (6 weeks) cover more active styles of meditation including insight, mantra, movement and sound, to give you an overview and practical experience of each, for you to then be able go away and establish a practice using the technique/s that you found the most useful and effective. All materials supplied, including mats, cushions, blankets, chairs, and a manual and handouts to take home with you. If you haven't already please also complete the registration form under classes. If you are a beginner to meditation then we recommend doing our Module 1 program first which covers the basics of meditation including posture, positioning, equipment, breathing techniques, body relaxation and sensory awareness.
