Register your teen for our 4 week Mindfulness Meditation for Teens Program where they will learn skills like how to relax mentally and physically; recognising the stress response and being less reactive; emotional awareness and self compassion; staying present to enhance focus and concentration. We integrate each topic with breathing exercises, relaxation techniques and a guided meditation, as well as an object or workbook activity to integrate and reinforce what they have learnt.
