Our Meditation for Kids Kit is a do it yourself version of our 8 week Meditation for Kids Program I teach at my studio. It comes with a detailed manual which includes information about meditation, grounding exercises, breathing exercises, meditations and worksheets. Each section covers a different topic from breath awareness and muscle relaxation to focus and affirmations. The kits can be decorated with the stickers provided and include tactile objects that are used in some of the exercises and meditations to help integrate the topic (and make it fun!), e.g. feather, pebble, affirmation rock, mini manikin, balloon and crystal wand, as well as gel pens for colouring in the mandalas, a glitter jar kit and a set of meditation stones.
