Our casual classes are great for kids that have already completed ourr 8 week Introduction to Meditation Program as it offers different styles of meditation and assists with with keeping up a regular practise. Classes still include grounding exercises, breathing exercises, a meditation and activity to do at the end. If you haven't already please also complete the online registration form or download the form, complete and email to me. Price is for a pack of 8 (i.e. for a 10 week term we start the second week and have the last week off).
