The seven main chakra points are meridian points of energy, light and colour located down the spine.
In a healthy, balanced person, the chakras provide exactly the right amount of energy to every part of your body, mind and spirit. When energy gets blocked in the body it creates an imbalance in our energy field and affects the chakra related to that issue, e.g. it could be closed, too open, spinning too quickly or moving too slowly.
